In the Age of AI, Connection Comes First
Supporting young people to feel confident, connected and capable in learning and life.
At Think Bright Education, we are an online education and mentoring service supporting children and young people from Foundation to Year 10 across Australia through personalised learning support, youth mentoring, therapeutic mentoring and Passion Projects.
Our experienced educators and mentors support young people with learning differences, school anxiety, school refusal, neurodivergence, or those who simply need another trusted adult in their corner.
Through our Connection First approach, we build confidence, spark curiosity and help every child rediscover a love of learning.
While our personalised support is delivered online, we also bring young people together through in-person school holiday workshops, community events and creative experiences that foster confidence, connection and belonging.
Because while AI can provide answers, trusted educators build confidence, creativity and connection.

How we support your child or young person to thrive
Personalised Learning Support (Foundation to Year 10)
1:1 online learning support
Personalised online sessions designed to support your child at their point of need. We build confidence in literacy, numeracy and core learning skills while reducing overwhelm, supporting classroom learning and helping students experience success at their own pace.
Passion Projects & Entrepreneurial Learning (Foundation to Year 10)
1:1 student-led mentoring
Designed for children who are disengaged from traditional learning or ready to explore their passions. Through creative, real-world projects, students develop confidence, independence, problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking while discovering what excites them.
Youth Mentoring & Wellbeing Support (Foundation to Year 10)
1:1 and small group mentoring
Supporting emotional wellbeing, confidence, emotional regulation and school engagement through trusted relationships.
Sessions are tailored to each young person's goals and may include practical strategies, social connection, confidence building, emotional regulation and support navigating challenges such as school refusal, anxiety or friendships.
Community Events & School Holiday Programs
Creating opportunities beyond the classroom
We believe learning also happens through connection, creativity and shared experiences.
Throughout the year, Think Bright Education offers school holiday workshops, mentoring events and community experiences that bring young people together in safe, inclusive environments where they can build confidence, make friendships and explore their creativity.
Programs include:
-
Girls Club
-
Bright Minds Club
-
Passion Project Incubator
-
Community Makers Markets
-
Creative workshops and special events
These experiences give children and young people opportunities to connect with others, get creative, develop real-world skills and discover their strengths beyond the classroom.

Meet Cristina
Founder of Think Bright Education
I'm Cristina, an educator and mentor with over 15 years of experience supporting young people across Australia and internationally.
I founded Think Bright Education because I saw that traditional schooling doesn't suit every child. Some young people need a different pace, a different approach or simply another trusted adult in their corner.
Drawing on both my professional experience and lived experience supporting neurodivergent young people and school refusal within my own family, I wanted to create a service where every child feels seen, understood and capable of success.
Today, together with a team of experienced educators, counsellors and mentors, we provide personalised online learning, youth mentoring, therapeutic mentoring and small group programs for children and young people across Australia.
Our approach is Connection First, supporting confidence, emotional regulation, engagement in learning and celebrating every child's unique strengths.
We create safe, supportive and child-safe spaces where young people feel understood, connected and empowered to thrive in learning and in life.

Our Team
Our team is made up of highly qualified, nurturing educators and mentors who are deeply committed to supporting children and young people. We value and embrace neurodiversity and diversity, and welcome young people of all genders and cultural backgrounds.
All team members hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration and Working With Children Checks, and have completed mandatory reporting, child safety and safeguarding training.
With experience across early childhood, primary and secondary education, alongside trauma-informed counsellors and wellbeing consultants, we provide personalised, supportive care for every child, young person and their family.

Let us support you and your child or young person,
taking the guesswork out of what they need to thrive with heart, care and expertise.
